Crystal Therapy
Crystal therapy is a healing technique that is based on the principle that all issues, mental, physical and emotional arise due to blockages in our own energy system, therefore to enable our own energy to flow freely and activate our bodies own healing processes we need to break up these blockages.
A Crystal Therapist has learnt the how to use Crystals to do this. Different types of crystals are thought to have different properties and energies, meaning different crystals work in different ways. Crystals have an orderly structure, known as a crystal lattice. The energy they emit remains on a constant frequency. When a crystal is placed on or near an area of the body emitting at a lower frequency, it encourages the body to match its higher frequency. So even on the most basic level, when you are feeling low, bringing a crystal into your energy field helps to lift you up.
When i hold a crystal in my hand I feel a tingling sensation, this is the crystal working its 'magic'.
A crystal treatment is given while the client is lying on a massage table fully clothed in a quiet environment, it is safe for adults, children, mothers to be, babies and animals, though sometimes hard to keep the last two still long enough! I use a pendulum to determine which layout is needed for you at that moment in time, I have a tiger eye and rose quartz ones, I ask the pendulum a question such as what area does this client need help with and it directs me the lay-out that will help.
After I have placed this Crystal net around the client, I then ask how long it needs to be left in place. This process will be repeated throughout your treatment. The client will be encouraged to relax, think about what they would like to achieve from the treatment. Sometimes they see colours or visions, sometimes nothing. They are asked to tell the Therapist if any of the crystals start to feel heavy and/ or uncomfortable.
Crystal Therapy Benefits
Crystal healing is a complementary and natural approach, meaning it can be used alongside traditional medicine an has no negative side effects. the benefits of crystal healing are varied and take place on several different levels. The most common benefit reported is the deep relaxation that takes place during the session. This type of relaxation helps aid general well being and is particularly useful when treating stress and anxiety. It can also help ease tense muscles which can help improve physical pain and sleeping problems. On an emotional and spiritual level, crystals can help enhance self esteem, encourage clarity and inspire a sense of peace and centredness.
There are several Crystal Treatments I offer, a standard Crystal treatment, a mix of Crystal and Reiki, Chakra balancing and Grounding Treatment.
CHAKRA BALANCING
One hour treatment including consultation and debrief
After the Consultation the client lies fully clothed on a massage table is asked to close their eyes and think about what they want to achieve from the treatment today. Just relax and enjoy the experience. Starting at the top of the head I will move through the Chakras balancing and clearing each one before placing a specific layout to calm, balance and strengthen the Chakras as a whole. I will ensure you are well grounded in the here and now before you leave. Through the session you may fall asleep or not, you may feel that I am spending longer on some areas than others, try not to focus on what I am doing just think about you. You may see lights you may not. We will discuss all this in the debrief afterwards.

CRYSTALS AND REIKI
One hour treatment including consultation and debrief
After the Consultation the client lies fully clothed on a massage table, is asked to close their eyes and think about what they want to achieve from the treatment today. Just relax and enjoy the experience. I will use both Reiki and Crystal energy to remove any stuck or stagnant energy in your Aura. I will ensure you are well grounded in the here and now before you leave. Through the session you may fall asleep or not, you may feel that I am spending longer on some areas than others, try not to focus on what I am doing just think about you. You may see lights you may not, my hands may feel cold or hot. We will discuss all this in the debrief afterwards.

CRYSTAL TREATMENT
One hour treatment including consultation and debrief
After the Consultation the client lies fully clothed on a massage table, is asked to close their eyes and think about what they want to achieve from the treatment today. Just relax and enjoy the experience.I will use the pendulum asking what treatments are right for you on that day. I will lay crystals on and around you. Through the session you may fall asleep or not, you may feel that I am spending longer on some areas than others, try not to focus on what I am doing just think about you. You may see lights you may not, my hands may feel cold or hot. We will discuss all this in the debrief afterwards.

Grounding treatment
One and a half hour treatment including consultation and debrief.
A Grounding treatment consists of a Palo Santo cleanse, Chakra balancing Reiki treatment and modified Thai foot massage or Reflexology, combined to bring back balance and equilibrium to the body, mind and spirit. Ensuring you leave feeling grounded in the here and now.
