Covid Safety Protocols
While I am vey excited to be re-opening, my number one priority is the welfare of my clients and myself, as we take these steps together.
I am working in line with the Welsh Government guidelines as well as The FHT extensive guidelines, I am implementing measures to ensure the safety of myself and my clients alike. This is my new ‘business as usual’.

Cancellation policy / deposit policy
I am introducing a cancellation/deposit policy
This is something I have thought long and hard about, but due to an increasing number of no shows or last minute cancellations I have had to bring in a deposit scheme.
On booking you will be asked for a £10 deposit to secure the booking.
All appointment deposits are non refundable unless 48 hours notice is given and you rebook at the same time.
Multiple rebooking is not permitted.
For any cancellations less than 48 hour notice you will lose your deposit you will not be able to rebook unless you pay another deposit. This policy also applies to COVID symptoms, as unfortunately people are using this as an excuse.
It is with a heavy heart that I do this but as a very small independent start up I have no option.
